RETURN / EXCHANGE 

Within 10 Days- It is our hope that you’re completely satisfied with your order, but in case you get a product which is not working due to handling and processing, we will gladly work with you to solve the issue.

You can reach out to us on [email protected], we will provide the solution within 24-48 hours and if things still does not work out then we happily exchange the product free of cost within 10 days from product delivery date. 

Must include original packaging and be in new condition: Items sent back to us must be in their original packaging and in a proper condition. Hand Gyn reserves the right to take the final decision regarding any kind of dispute. 

If your order is deemed unfit for exchange because it is not in its original condition, we will notify you to let you know that no exchange will be issued. The customer can then choose from the following options:

1. The product will be shipped back to the customer at a shipping cost ; or
2. The product will be recycled or donated. 
 

If we are unable to contact you within 4 days of us informing you that your return has been rejected the product will be recycled or donated.
